Development History
In 1993 built up Xylose factory, and completed corporation registration.
In 1999 changed the registry name from Yucheng Xylose Factory to Yucheng Futaste Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
In 2005 Yucheng Futaste Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd was modified to private enterprise, of 19 shareholders and registry capital RMB 22 million.
In 2006 changed the registry name from Yucheng Futaste Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd to Shandong Futaste Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, and increased the registry capital to RMB 57.8 million.
In the end of 2006 built up branch factories in Heze of Shandong province and Yongqing of Hebei province.
In June of 2007 transferred all shareholders’ shares of Shandong Futaste Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd to Shandong Futaste Investment Co., Ltd.
In 2007 established Shandong Futaste Biotechnology Industrial Park in Yuncheng with the scale of 700 Mu.
In December 2007 Shandong Futaste Investment Co., Ltd absorbed the investment of 3i England, and was changed to sino joint venture company.
